Howdo good photography peoples of the Mighty PH

I was contemplating setting up a Photobox pro gallery with the view to maybe sell some photos on there at some point, but some of the photos I was going to upload strike me as the kind that may cause some people to flap about copyrights and the rest of the malarky so I thought I would ask the people that know...

You lot

Some of my photos contain badges, emblems and logos of vehicle manafacturers and the model designations given to their creations. Now I dont know if this kind of thing would be allowed as Im not very well versed in this kind of thing

So could you tell me:

If I have a closeup photograph of the famous Ferrari Scuderia, would it be in breach of copyrights, same goes for the model badges too????

Im guessing that any numberplates would have to be blocked out too?

Not limited to Ferrari obviously, but that was the first stumbling block Ive come accross

taking pics where the main subject is an original work of art then selling prints woul dbe breach of copyright like wise technically speaking sellin pics of cars is infringment of copyright but its never likely you would get sued lol.

Thanks for that, I thought I would make sure before I go head first into anything

With the world we live in today with everyone suing everyone else, its better to be safe and appear stupid than be headstrong and proven to be a fool

Thanks for the info..I'll get to editing and hosting my photos soon thumbup
