Help!

Went out for a while yesterday and attached the Battery Grip to my D400 - I was pretty careful not to overtighten it...

Left it on overnight and today I cannot move it, I am not keen to force it - has anyone had this happen to them/got any suggestions how to remove it?

Leave it in a warm place and see if any expansion takes place haha
