Abingdon Airfield Track Day
Discussion
I was invited along to Abingdon Airfield for a track day and a thrill ride in a Caterham last Friday (18th).
A Few pictures.

The rest of the pictures can be found here.
Comments and criticism as always.
Some could be sharper but was trying to get some low shutter speeds.

Some Abingdon regulars, as well as Ph'ers there.
The Caterham is F355GTS on here, is a fast driver in very fast car.
I think the Exige owner is on here too.
Pics are pretty good, its not a good place to try and photograph though is it ?

Eta, but then you know that, coz you just posted up on track days .Doh !

Thanks for the reply.
I only had one place to shoot from and most of them were at 300 mm.
The bottom Caterham is, as You say F355GTS.
He was the fellow who invited me along. He does seem to be a demon on the track and many commented on his driving abilities.
Was a great passenger ride.

He was tracking the Caterham with ex F3 racing slicks on so grip was substantial.
Keep the comments coming.
I tried to lower the shutter speed to create more of a blur. I thought it would be an improvement to my previous photos at Thruxton last Sunday.
But I'm finding it harder to keep them sharp but I guess that will come with practice.
