The best photo you've taken this month?

[bramley]

I dunno about you guys, but each week/month I have a new favourite shot. My subject matter is a tad limited I must say, and having a cute 11 month old daughter by my side, more often than not the lens is pointing at her!

Anyway, I thought it would be interesting if everyone posted their favourite shot they've taken so far this month. Whatever the subject, post the pic and give a reason for liking it so much.

My shot is this one. It's not a technically amazing shot, the DoF is probably too shallow, colours a bit too saturated, catchlights could be better etc, however, I often fall into the trap of converting people shots into black and white and so I felt the need to use some colour.

Take it away...

I like these two

This is my favourite so far this month, my little 3 year old daughter wanted to cleam her shoes.

She got an incredible shine out of them!

Quite happy to find this little fella.

I'm shooting anything and everything right now as I try to learn how to take better images...
...and I have much to learn.

However, these are my favourites so far this month.

I've got 2 contenders at the moment, both for the same reason, the way the artificial light mixes with the last of the sunlight.

Thanks - Glad you liked the photos.
I'm always out in the 'stealth' Vette when I'm in the country.

Two more shots from me taken today.

and taken at full range.
