So as I understand it she was a minor when that photo was taken? Maybe she could report it to the cops in "TVX's" home state. They may take distributing pictures of minors in a pornographic context relatively seriously.

There again the picture itself is not pornographic in any way. Rather a nice pic, too.

Sadly I suspect she has absoutely no chance of achieving anything in a fight with them.

Surely Flickr themslves ought to get involved? If her photo was set to all rights reserved on her original hosting do they have any obligation to help defend it?

It's not entirely clear if it was stolen from flickr or from deviantart - or from reading the comments possibly another site altogether.

flickr is getting a dodgy reputation for stuff like this from what I can see - alhtough I fail to understand why anyone would upload full res images to any website anyway.

From someone who shows no remorse at having used the image of a 14 year old girl on the cover of a porn DVD, the reaction is not unexpected.
