Right, i'm off to spain, have my camera, filters, cleaning stuffs, pants and lenses ready, anything else?
But my real point is, i suppose i will be taking it as hand luggage as big knobs at he irport are big knobs!, should this beok through cutoms etc?
Also any CHEAP, half decent bags i can buy before tommorow? around 40quid tops (i know it's a small ammount!) i onlyhave a small one that just gets everything in, it will do, but not sure about padding etc.

You should be fine through customs.

If your worried about customs, take a copy of the purchase reciept. I do this for the camera and lenses to ensure safe passage on my return - although I've never been stopped.
I take my kit in a laptop case (nice big wheeled one with a pull along handle), these are sturdy and will take a camera body, three or four lenses dependent on size and still have lots of space for other stuff. Importantly they will be the right size for carry on, plus they can be stood up in some of the larger overhead bins to stop idiots shoving things on top. A good one can be had for 40-50 quid.

Cheers guys, i will stick with my bag and just be careful and wrap my camera, as you don't know what sort of d!ckhead will bang into you!
As this will behand luggage, it will have camera, 2 lenses, cleaning stuff (fluid, cloth, blowerbrush), my filters (and adaptors for filters) And also my PSP (as i have a little extra room)
none of these will be a problem to get through?

Scrap any fluids, and obviously no sharp objects. As this will behand luggage, it will have camera, 2 lenses, cleaning stuff (fluid, cloth, blowerbrush), my filters (and adaptors for filters) And also my PSP (as i have a little extra room)

Just to be on the safe side, I'd also place chargers etc in your case, as well as filters.
