Canon Ixus and bullet cam

[andygo]

A friend of mine has bought a canon Ixus digital camera. Wonder if there is any way I can hook it up (or a similair digi cam) to a bullet camera to be mounted on our Formula Fords roll hoop?

Dont really want to buy a video camera as I would prefer to have a reasonable still camera with video capability for racedays.
