Photoshop CS2/Elements 5 - help book??

[cannedheat]

Afternoon people,

Just wondering if anyone can suggest a good book for learing the ins and outs of either Elements 5.0 or CS2? I have a copy of both and I'm sure I'm only scratching the surface with what's possible. I see that there are 'Dummies guides' avaliable for both bits of software, are these any good or are there better books out there?

Cheers
Rich.
