Help repairing a picture

I took the 911 out today and my friend Jim (jimnotjon) took some pics, one of the pics has an annoying light spot on it near the P on the badge.

If anyone could fix it, I would be very grateful.

Hmmm it's not much better. Well if you have photoshop. Load it up. Then select the burn tool. 'Burn' the highlighted area until it blends in better.
