Finding time for photography

As a strictly amatuer/hobby photographer, one of the biggest problems is actually finding time to spend just taking pictures for the fun of it. I've been lucky in the last seven days to have both sundays free to play with the camera, last weekend under the guise of entertaining a customer at the British Superbikes at Brands and this weekend just making the effort to go out and find something to shoot. I make no claims for the results other than they were a great way to take time out of everyday life doing something I'd like to be a lot better at.

bewteen uni, being a dad and the crap weather we have in Glasgow I've not had a chance for ages to shoot anything

It's not the shooting time i find the problem, it's the time for doing all the processing and farting around afterwards.
