Cool effect

I was mucking about in the gimp today, and came up with this:



Thought it was a cool effect...

Actually very simple. Select about half the image, or just less, feather the selection to about 80% of the selected width (if you selected say 500 pixels across, feather about 400 pixels), then apply the Gimp filter called "photocopy". You need to fiddle with the settings to get a nice effect. That's all.

Great effect though - fab shot. All the better for not having Morten Harket (sp?) singing, too
