...so the Badgers (Beltane Processional Drummers) and I had a little practice event in Craigmillar called the "Bonefire" along with some weird puppets.

If you're in Edinburgh on Wednesday and have nothing better to do between 9pm and 11pm, come over to the top half of the Royal Mile and Parliament Square. Fire, drums, sword fights...and that's just the photographers.

Great shots Graham, but I'm really getting worried about the company you keep...does your Mum know what you're up to at night? laugh

Royal Mile is the old cobbled street full of pubs and tourist traps that runs from the Castle all the way down to Holyrood - it's actually several names - Lawnmarket, High Street, Canongate...depending on which bit you're on. Parliament Square is about 1/3 of the way down on the right in front of St Giles Cathedral

Didn't quite make the whole event but managed to capture some of the chaos ;-)

Must try harder to make the time to see these kinds of things . . .

I think I want to be a drummer ;-)
