FIA GT: Camera guys using some strange harness/stabiliser ?

Just seen a little bit of FIA GT on channel 4. Some of the camera operators were using what appears like a back pack, with a hook coming over the head/shoulder with cord attatched to the camera (obviously to stabilise it).

Does anyone know who officially make them ?

Google it, its a clever system to enable smooth panning and general camera work.

No its not steadicam.

Like I said it has a HOOK that comes over the top of the shoulder or your head, with a cord attatched to the camera, the idea being that the weight pulls its down to steady it.
