Hi Folkswavey

Could anyone recommend a good computer package which will allow me to create decent DVD slideshows of my photos?

The ability to add a soundtrack would be great, as would menu-creation facilities.

User-friendliness would be welcome as my old man wants to use it too!

I've tried Nero 8 but find it all a bit lacking (especially the fact you can add a commentary but no music, and the transition effects are rubbish).

All help gratefully received!smile

I saw this being demonstrated at Focus a couple of years ago and it looked really good - almost bought it, then I discovered it was PC only.

Also worthy of note...

1.Nero

2.Windows photo story. Free, though haven't actually tried this.

I'll give it a go shortly though, as I like a good freebie!

3. Windows DVD maker which is bundled with Vista Ultimate
