ooooh, these are nice! Were they taken tonight? It's pretty foggy around my way too (10 mins from the bridges)

Yerp, taken about 7pm - love the smell of the air at this time of the year. Pity I had the wife beeping the horn in the car because she was bored...

Tell the trouble and strife to get a grip.
They are top notch pics, can you tell me exact location as i promised myself i would get a pic of my car in front of the mighty rail bridge.
It is a lovely still foggy night tonight.
I wish i done the same as you and driven through after work.

my wife is the same, it's better leaving them at home.

I meant to say, the last shot is superb, the b&w definitely adds to the atmosphere wink

First one's a belter thumbup

I'm guessing from the number of lights on the opposite shore that you took them from the north side?

Really nice shots, number 1 especially biggrin Like the b+w treatment on the last shot as well, the squarer crop really suits it smile

I was down on waters edge tonight as well, a bit later on though smile

The fog was great, ruddy cold though wink

Cheers.

I never made it out either, ended up in the Gyle, Christmas shopping frown

I forgot about these couple of shots taken in the last week or three.

This was taken from the Hairpin carpark at Knockhill, no photoshop and taken with my 100-400mm:

This was a very windy day, even my sturdy tripod was moving with the wind..
