Compact Camera With RAW?

[nickd01]

I've currently got a little Canon Ixus and it's a good little camera but I'd like one that has a slightly bigger sensor and more importantly does RAW images.

I'm using the compact more than I thought, so I'd like it to capture RAW files like my SLR.

Can anyone recomend a small compact that'll do RAW files? I'm happy for it to be slightly bigger than the Ixus as I realise that's quite a small camera.

Canon G9 does RAW.
