I don't understand what's going on here...
Discussion
I have a 400D and have used a Sigma 28-70 1:2.8-4 DG with reasonable success most of the time (when I get it right!).
I've just bought myself a 350D to use for 50mm range (so I don't have to keep swapping lenses on the 400D).
If I use the 18-50mm lens from Canon that comes with the 350D kit I'm getting sharp pictures (with and without the 430 flash). If I use the Sigma lens I'm getting blurred pictures every shot and I'm confused...
Has anybody got any idea as this lens has previously been OK on a 300D I used to own and on the 400D.
I have obviously checked the lens is switched onto AF! (and I can hear the lens seemingly focus on the subject).
Many thanks
Martin
