Ok, there may be nothing anyone can do with this as it is a scan of a photocopy of a photo but I was wondering if anyone more adapt at photoshop than I am could improve it in any way.
Do you have access to the print or just the photocopy?Photocopies are black and white - no grey, just black and white.
You can't get back data that the photocopier has thrown away.
