Personally the first two could be quite cool. The second for me are a little too dark.. but nice ideas. 3 is damm right freaky!

I promise I'm not wishing to sound arsey - but am I being dim and missing the irony that 1&2 are signs for male and female toilets - albeit arty ones...

I see where you're coming from, but the female one isn't a toilet symbol (at least i've never seen it on toilet doors). As far as I know, its just a general symbol for 'female'.

I was going to use the 'male' symbol for the male one, but I couldn't fit it in, so i just replaced it with the mens room sign.

The way I decided to look at it was, the male one features a toilet symbol, therefore it portrays a less elegant image. And males normally are less elegant than females. Don't know about you, but it works for me.

I must admit, my first thought was that you might think about approaching fancy club chains or something with a view to selling it as a new toilet door design

Yeah, I appreciate that wasn't the male gender sign. I just thought toilet. I forgot to add that I did think they looked pretty funky!
