I've bought a few recently from Snappy Snaps - reasonable quality, and I've also used Fast Frames too.

If you can take quantity, try W&G aka Wizard & Genius: www.wg-prints.com

used to make all my own frames but unless you want to use a non-standard frame material or size then it's easier and not much more expensive to buy ready-made ones. Don't forget the glass etc that most glaziers charge silly amounts for plus the extra charge they make for cutting it to size plus you have to buy the hanging brackets/eyes etc.

Have a look at www.hobbycraft.co.uk - I've bought some standard sizes from them recently and they're reasonable quality and price. They also do ranges where you choose the backing material and type of glass (eg non-reflect).

I personally think the frames from Ikea are hard to beat, specifically the "Ribba" range.

Simple, contemporary, they come with a mount board, and best of all they are very cheap.
