How do you convert VHS to DVD

[5 wh]

I have some home videos on VHS,and as we no longer have a video recorder I am unable to watch them anymore. How can I get them converted to DVD???

I have a combined VHS player with DVD player/recorder. Pop the VHS in, and you can record it directly onto DVD. Several firms make them, probably reckon on about £200 for a decent one. Simplicity itself.

And then resell it on Ebay.

I connect a video recorder to my DVD hard drive using a scart cable then record the video input to the hard drive. I can then copy to DVD.
