Replacing the lcd screen??

Having thought it would be a good idea to use my full camera bag as a speed bump I have cracked the lcd display screen. The camera is a Konica Minolta 5D. I've stripped it down to just the broken part but I'm having extreme difficulty trying to source a replacement part. It seems crazy to write the camera off for a part that probably only costs pennies to make.

If anyone has any ideas of places to try then I'm all ears.
