Ok, I have just started my art exam and im lacking inspiration. We have four weeks to come up with, develop and create a final piece and im choosing to do it via photographs. I was just wondering if anybody here had any ideas on how i could link photographs. So far i have considered light, artifical & natural and routes, so connections between journeys bridges etc. Can anyone help me?

Thank you smile

Ooo nice, im not too clued up on what a typology is though. Looking at some of Bernd and Hilla Bechers photos, it looks like a collection of very similar scenes in different places.

thanks for the idea! smile

well mate. in my understanding a typolgy groups together simialr objects/scenes, photographed in a comparable way.

you might also want to have a look at ed Ruscha.
he did a whole series on petrol stations and i think he also make a book of all the buildings on sunset strip?
