Hey everyone I need to change all the dark areas of this pic to black and all the light areas to white so that no features are visible other than the shape.

I guess I could do it by filling in each area separately, but i'm guessing there must be an easier way? Any ideas anyone?

Thanks Mat

Image->Adjustments->Brightness& Contrast. Set contrast to max, and ajust brightness to vary where the black/white point is. You may find running it once doesn't give enough contrast, so you may have to repeat a second time.

This will leave you with a full colour image with two colours. You may want to then convert to a greyscale and reduce the colour depth, or even save as a 1 bit (ie black OR white) image.

Gave it a go and it more or less worked, had to do a bit of painting but was quicker than painting it all.

Thanks again!
