Right, Results time!
It's a shame there weren't more entries, as there were some good ones in the chit chat thread that never made it over to the entries.
Before i place the top 3, i just wanted to highlight 2 that didnt make it over from the chit chat thread. If you'd refined and entered them they would have been contenders for the win:

Both were good orignal ideas, and it's a shame you didnt get them in...
Anyway, without further ado:
3rd Place:

I like the idea, and you cut him out well, for me it just lacks something. Good effort though
2nd Place:
Blukoo
Really well put together and a great idea. I really like how well you've put the background in behind the terrace, and what you've done with the lady in the pool. The whole 'feel' of the image is very true to the superman theme, and the only reason it didn't win was the detail around the arms and legs of 'superman.' If his arms didnt look so odd this would have been a clear winner.
...and first place goes to:

Although it's simple, i think it works really well. I personally don't like the speech bubbles, but i think the whole thing was executed well. The pool looks convicing, and the lady on the sunlounger looks loke she was in the original photo. Very well done!
OK so Leighton James is to set the new competition idea, and hopefully we'll get more entries this time.
All the other entried were good in their own right, especially the one with the shark, and the one with the dog, but i just felt that they looked too 'fake' and not smooth enough. With more colour alteration to make the dog/shark look like it was in the same light as the rest of the photo they would both have done well.
Anyway, congratulations to all who entered. Bring on the June competition!
