Cheap-ish photo frames

[samwilliams]

I'm trying to find somewhere to buy a load of simple photo frames (about 40-odd) for framing a photo (surprisingly!) to give to sponsors of a charity thing I did. I've had a bit of a search through the internet and found some options, but I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone has found any really good, and cheap, suppliers. The size I want will be slightly smaller than A4 (I'm waiting to get the frames before going ahead and ordering the photos, in case I can't find any good ones in the right size).

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Have you tried searching for "lots" on ebay? THat said there ain't much on there at the mo, unless they'll appreciate Marilyn Monroe that is.

I'm not sure about the price since I didn't look, but I know Hobbycraft sell photo frames. Hth.

There is a hideous chain of shops out there called 'Wilkinsons' - they sell frames at dirt cheap prices. Most are a bit naff but some are pretty good. I bought 30 A4 on a two for one deal - ended up costing me only £2 odd per frame. Got a bunch of A4s from Photobox and they sell for £15. Result.

I used W&G in Saffron Walden. They supply places like The Range and have a minimum order of 40-50 IIRC.
