Yes, when I was up there yesterday they were testing the saftey and medical cars wich are both big v8s, the noise of them in the distance really got me thinking...

I was born in Milan. Since I was 8 my dad used to take me to Monza for every F1 practice and for the qualifying sessions. At the time (mid 80s) there were no big screens and my dad always said the race on TV was better

Anyway I remember I always wanted to go and sit on the banks and kept asking my dad WHY they were not using it anymore...

It is a fascinating place, reeks of history of motorracing. Reminds me of Brooklands...
