Which Camcorder for ~£200 for ease of use?

Now then, my brother's asked me to find him a camcorder for around £200, which he'll be able to use (not very computer-savvy). I'd recommended mini-DVD camcorders, but looking in a couple of shops they don't seem to be very common these days, so what should he get?

There was which:camcorder thread last month, in which I saw the Panasonic SDR-S7, which seems pretty good, but will my brother be able to use it?

He can't use a PC for much and doesn't currently have a DVD burner, but I'm sure I could teach him to use DVD writing software if it was very simple. He's really only after something that he'll be able to use regularly and play on the TV when he wants to.... What should I recommend???
