Got bored the other night and decided to shoot a roll of black and white, just picked up my lenses that were lying around and took some pics so nothing special. I'm quite pleased with the exposures though as its only my second time with MF so still just messing about trying to get that part right.

Also bought this on impules the other day so itching to put a roll through it and see the results. Its a bit tatty in places but nothing i wasnt expecting seeing as its older than me.

Three cheers for medium format. What were you shooting these with if you haven't used the blad yet? Something 6x4.5?

I'm about to get an mf setup, but i'm stuck deciding what i want to get.

Choosing between 500cm, RZ67 or go a bit cheaper and get a bronica SQAi. Any thoughts?

Shot those ones with my bronica etrsi, as for reccomendations i dont really know. I've only shot a few rolls so far and the blad was just an impulse buy so no experience on any of the cameras you mentioned.

Nice, do you develop yourself or send it out.
Think i'm gonna get an RZ67 as i've used one quite a bit already and liked it alot. Their big bds though.

I send it out to peak imaging and just get them developed and scan them at home, they're not the cheapest (think its £3 something a roll and 2.50 postage) but i find them pretty good and you get a quick turnaround (post on a monday morning get it back on the thursday).

What do you use for scanning and do you recommend it?

I use and epson v500, again i havent really used it enough to have much of an opinion on it, the first couple of rolls i scanned i had trouble getting the colours look how i wanted but they werent really the best exposures to begin with. these B&W ones came out looking alot better and i havent adjusted anything in photoshop. I think im going to redo these shots in colour as a kind of test roll to see if the colours come out better than my first try.

When i was looking for a scanner it was the v500 v700 and a couple of canon ones that seemed to keep getting mentioned. the v700 was too expensive and after a couple of reviews i decided to go with the v500 over the canon, cant remember why though.
