EOS 1Dmk2 prices

[andyparrott]

I have a 1Dmk2 that I replaced last year, so has sat in it's box since then in a cupboard.

I have a friend who wants to buy it, but not sure what is a reasonable price.

It has received light use and has less than 5000 actuations.

Any idea what it's worth

One on eBay with about 50,000 shots went for £650 so I'd be saying around £800?

Sub 5000 actuations is as good as new. I'd say £900 to £1000 given that 1DMK2N's with 20K on the clock fetch £1200+.

I'd be happy to pay that sort of price for it if i wanted one.
