Tried a search but didn't find anything. Can anyone recommend me a decent Central London camera store that typically stocks a wide range of lenses??

I'm after a macro and want to try out a couple but the Jessops stores seem to only stock one or two different ones at best and feel a bit more focussed on the lower end consumer stuff. At the moment if I wanted to try the four lenses I have in mind I'd need to travel to 3 different stores - not ideal.

I've used Grays of Westminster in the past but I'm interested in some non-Nikon lenses this time so I'm wanting something which stocks Nikon, Sigma, Tamron and Tokina.

Are there any well supplied camera stores around that caters for the higher end and more specialised lenses??

Thanks
Matt

I thought Jacobs (right opposite Jessops in New Oxford St) was quite well stocked. If not, check out this site. And I think there are a few shops in Tottenham Court Road too.

I've used CameraWorld before, they were very helpful but it was a couple of years ago.

Just a quick thanks to above suggestions - had never been to New Oxford St - but both the Jessops and Jacobs are lovely big stores with an absolute mass of gear on show. I am now a happy owner of a macro lens biggrin

Thanks!
