Steam on a Winter's day

'Tornado' is the name of the locomotive, 'The Talisman' is/was the name of the train.
Many trains were/are named, such as The Golden Arrow, The Cheltenham Express, The Night Mail. They were/are pulled by locomotives which may be named themselves. The obvious 'anomaly' is the Flying Scotsman which is both the name of a locomotive and the name of a train.

It appears to be called "The Talisman" according to the name plate on the front? Is "Tornado" the engine type or something?
