Zoom error?

Hi I recently purchased a Fuji S5700 camera and it has been great up until today!

Today while my wife was out the camera just stopped working and now every time you turn it on it comes up with Zoom error.

Any ideas Ladies and Gentleman of what the matter is, is it something simple or will it need to be returned to Fuji?

Usually means the cam cannot move the lens, if it's under warranty then send it back, if not then don't as price of repair will likely exceed value of camera.

Just post to say that I returned my camera to Fuji on Saturday, so they will have received it Monday, I actually got my Camera back today repaired (new lens) today. Phenomenal turnaround great service from Fuji, thoroughly impressed
