Anyone here able to 'touch up' old photo's?

Bit of a cheeky favour to ask you guys in here!!

I've had a scan done of an old family photograph, and wanted to get it cleaned up a bit, but can really only manage red eye with the edit facility in iPhoto!

I fear that may be more than a 5 minute job. I don't think any of it is particualrly difficult, just time consuming. I'm sure someone will be along to help.

I touched up some old family photos (they'd been kept in a wallet, used daily for about 25 years!) took me about 5hrs to rebuild one...!
