Some really cool shots, as he said himself "If I cant get the shot with having 3 cameras firing then I probably should quit" 
I've been trackside at several VW/modified shows at the Pod and at other european venues over the years shooting coverage for UK and European mags - only ever caught one big off, unfortunately that was on video (on my youtube account - bazpics) - was the Fireforce guys crazily doing a run on an airport runway which was utterly waterlogged, a second or so of boost with the brakes off sent him forward, but the minute the brakes went on at speed the car was waaaaaaaay out of control and flipped over.

I've loads of wheelie'ing beetles and even the little green and white shortened VW bus (can't remember it's nickname - something like Frosty?) pulling such a mad wheelie that he bent the exhausts upward into the back bumper on launch
Will have a looky tonight in the hotel and see what I can find on my portable drive.
