How can I go about making something like this (albeit made to fit my industry) to place at the beginning of all DVD's I intend to get on with this year?

About twenty seconds on a Mac using one of the inbuilt video effects with titles put on the top..

Yes - export it as a MOV file and then import that into Pinnacle..
