Can anyone recommend where to get 120 film developed? I'm guessing high-street labs won't do it? I don't need prints but a CD of scans would be good.

Sam, depends on high quality you want your processing, SnappySnaps for example do process 120 film - fine if it's come from a Holga, prbably not if you want high end stuff. If you're London way I take mine to Angel Prints in Islington they take around a day to process and scan them, but it's pretty expensive - £3 for processing only and around £10 per reel if you want them scanned too. These are fine for holgary stuff as well but probably not top end.

Processing 120 is exactly like processing 35mm - C41 for colour neg, E6 for slide, god-knows-what-in-the-basement for B&W. You shouldn't have a problem getting it done anywhere...

Oh, I'd just assumed that professional labs would use machines that are made for one format of film only. Thanks for the suggestions.
