Printing panoramics

I was given a pack of HP 10x30cm panoramic inkjet paper and I fancied printing some of my recent photostitch experiments using my Epson stylus DX7400.

When I try to set user defined paper size on photoshop, it only lets me use a maximum length of about 25cm. All drivers seem to be up to date so I'm stuck as to what to try next. I think it's printer related as i can choose whatever page size I want on photoshop

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

It's the actual paper size that I cant adjust. For some reason, the printer settings wont allow me to have a piece of paper 30cm long!!

So how does this printer deal with an A4 sheet?
