Can't see this at work, but is it a link to a video extract from a Discovery Channel Show called "Time Warp"? It's a cool show where they film stuff in slo-mo, just for the hell of it. Lots of cool things on there. The series is on now, I think it's Sunday or Monday nights about 9-11pm or so. Normally 2x 30min shows back to back on channel 520 on Sky.

Fantastic! I saw that on the TV programme a while back and thought it was amazing. Both the surfing and the filming skills!
