'Liquify' - I can't remember which menu it's under though.

or Warp, there are loads of ways to do things in Photoshop. Practice is what makes your effort good or not.
They must had the trainee in while they were all down the pub that day.

The model in question has been sacked by Ralph Lauren now for being too fat, at 54kg's , size 8.
