Does anyone understand them properly? Anyone a Youtuber with a channel?

YT is brief in what this means, stuff like channel views or total views of your own vids you get the explanation: "Region popularity is a relative measure between 0 and 100 of a region's views of videos on your channel compared to a region's views of videos on other channels."

For the UK I'm getting up to 0.85 (average around 0.5). This surely can't be a percentage score of UK people using YT, because that's surely a massive number of people? 0 and 100 must just be a value of 0 - crap and 100 - great?

Absolutely, the Youtube/Google data centers probbaly have a CO2 footprint the size of small country. I really cannot see how anyone can use these sites with a clean conscience.
