Very Un-Impressed, I wouldn't use them again. Have emailed there customer support.

Clearly no quality control in place. It's not the £10 it cost me that I am angry about, moreso the time it took to position everything perfectly for some monkey to staple it in the wrong place.

I haven't even stretch the page out to make the yellow line visible.

I have a picture of a bridge with half of the bridge missing where the 5mm of the photo is on the wrong page...

Grrrrr.

Are you trying to kid me that Jessops are still in business?

(More surpising than waking up one morning to find you own Lloyds and RBS!)

contact the producer direct, http://www.cewe-photobook.co.uk/photobook-contact....
I haven't had many complaints about the books before, but if it were me ask for a refund at your local store and do make a thing of it, then give Cewe a call to express your disgust.

I work for boots and we have used cewe in the past to help clear backlogs of work. We still have stores send work in with "please do not send to cewe" on the front of the dockets.

I hadn't seen or heard of these photobooks. Was recently going through my thousands of pictures trying to select a few, get them printed in and put in an album for my mums next birthday. Sections on her with her grandchildren, funny pics of the kids, etc.

Something like blurb looks absolutely, totally perfect. I'll be able to put together a cracking book for her, about a bazillion times nicer than just a regular album.

I can see that this will become an expensive site to use in time .....
