I'd like to get an A3 portfolio folder - either real/fake leather depending on price and quality.
And would like to get some prints in it (I think 15" x 10" prints are the closest I'd get to A3?)

So: I need recommendations for a folder, inserts (if needed) and top-quality prints at that size.

Budget for prints - Quality comes first. Price not a big issue.
Budget for folder - Don't want to go overboard, maybe £30ish. But if that's too low I'm willing to spend more for a good one.

ETA: I know nothing about paper types, etc. Recommendations welcome for that too!

I've used my Artcare Portfolio for years and it's top quality. Definitely recommend it. (you have to buy the sleeves separately)

Try Secol. Not cheap by a long shot, but their portfolios and sleeves are archival quality. The sleeves especially are excellent - glass clear.

As it's for a portfolio you want the best prints possible, I would go for a C-type print.
