Photo topic: 'making a difference'

Evening all,

I have been asked if I want to enter the work photo competition, the topic is that in the title.

Main problem is that I'm finding it hard to think of photo ideas. Anyone got any suggestions?

• man fixing pothole after recent weather?
• photo of a toyota prius (if there are any on the road that is, plus, take care if you see one). Also, hope your work don't know that global warming is a myth, you could be the laughing stock?
• Ambiwlans flying down the street with blues on?
• Traffic warden issuing a ticket? <!-- exactly how that makes a difference is beyond me, but they believe so -->
