Framing recommendations

Got to frame a bunch of photos for display in a local coffee shop. I've got all the printing sorted and framing the smaller images isn't a problem but I can't find off-the-shelf frames which are suitable.

I'm looking for 12x8 (10x8 loses too much of my 3:2 images) and 15x10 or 18x12, and because of the picture styles and existing frames I want plain black block frames with card mount.

Be interested to hear PH experiences of looking for and buying frames from online suppliers or local businesses. Want to avoid built-to-order if poss as it's all coming out of my pocket.
