Perhaps I'd better get back out and reshoot a clean version of this (edit: taken a few nights ago) - I make it 17 planes in 60 minute's worth of exposure (and a ridiculous first frame with me in just to make the full hour smile )

Didn't see any planes last night, but counted 5 satellites in about 1.5 hrs.

Aye, the arcs of trails across the frame are star trails but the longer trails that appear to come towards the camera and exit top left-ish are planes

Scuse me not seeing it, but there appears to be two arcs, light blue top left but overlapping. They are showing the same as the star trails.

Nice pic I must say anyway.

The trails that are not arcs, dumbass...

Really love this shot. Creative and beautiful. Having yourself in the shot I think makes it better smile
