Well here we are 12 days into the month and once again I have to ask if the previous month winner is going to set the subject for this month's competition!!!

Why do people enter the competitions, not check the results and not keep the competition going? beats me why we bother!

There are two different things - the monthly competition and the monthly Challenge. Well, only one in June, but normally ....

The other competition entry can be a shot from your library of photos, the challenge (this topic) must be a photo taken this month

[month] Competition = A shot from any time
[month] Challenge = A shot taken that month (it's to challenge people to go out and shoot something specific)

I've copied the criteria Karen set for May on the entry thread here I understood the pic does have to be taken during the period of the challenge, this gets us thinking about what we are shooting
