OK, OK, a big up for Fuji

After my Previous mutterings and general old woman behaviour

I feel I must make amends and say well done Fuji.
Last Tuesday I packed off the knackered camera with a covering note and today - only 9 days later - postie knocks at the door with a parcel for me.
Camera has been returned with a brand new optical sensor and power board fitted - under warranty
Warranty was 3 months out, but they didn't even call me in between, just repaired it and returned it.

I'm a happy bunny today

Cost me £5.65 in special delivery including insurance, Jessops wanted £40 just to take it over the counter before repair costs and I suspect they would just have posted it to Fuji anyway

They do seem to make very good cameras at good prices, I would think they'd like to keep their customers happy and with them.
