Ordered a new lens.

I bit the bullet and ordered a new lens. Its the Canon 16-35mm f2.8L USM II.



Anyone here got one? I can't wait to play with it

Very nice. If I ever decide that I want an UWA to complement my existing lenses, that one will definitely be on my shopping list.

What does your current line-up consist of? I'm having a bit of a lens fetish day - haha

I have one of those but as it's a bit new I have not really tried it out much, might get to use it this weekend.

I currently have a 24-70 f/2.8L, a 70-200 f/2.8L IS, a 100-400 f/4.5-5.6L IS, a 100 f/2.8L Macro IS and the ubiquitous nifty fifty.

Most bases are covered apart from the really wide , and I could probably do with a couple of nice primes too. One day.

nice. I've got a 17-40L to go with my 5D Mk2 but I do find it frustratingly not as wide as my old 10-22 on a crop body. Would love to have a shot of one of these bad boys.
