D50 to D90

[hellsbuddha]

Need some advice please.

I am thinking of upgrading to the D90, however I have two questions:

1. Will my standard lenses from teh D50 autofocus on the d90. The reason I am confused because they will not work with the D40 range and am not sure if it applies to the D90 range

2. What is a D50 in good condition worth. Item is boxed and the orginal 18-55 lenses has never been used.

thanks

Yes, your lenses will work. The D90 has an autofocus motor inside so will operate fully with lenses that don't have their own motor.

As to what your camera is worth, I don't know, but I'd suggest doing a search for 'D50' on eBay and looking at the completed auctions. That should give you a fairly good idea.
